This policy explains when payments may be refunded, how cancellations work, and what to expect if there is a billing issue.
SecureVoult offers subscription-based services for premium features. This Refund Policy applies to purchases made directly through SecureVoult. By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to this policy in addition to our Terms of Service.
We aim to be fair in cases of billing mistakes or duplicate charges, but we do not generally provide prorated refunds for partially used billing periods.
Paid plans are paid for in advance as a one-time payment for the period you choose at checkout. Plans do not renew automatically.
A refund may be issued, at our discretion, in the following situations:
Requests should be submitted as soon as possible and no later than 14 calendar days after the charge date.
The following charges are generally non-refundable:
Unless required by applicable law, cancellations stop future renewals but do not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Account Settings. When you cancel:
If you believe you cancelled but were still billed, contact us with the account email and charge details so we can review the case.
If a refund is approved, we will issue it to the original payment method used for the purchase.
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we may suspend or restrict the affected account while the payment dispute is being reviewed. We strongly recommend contacting support first so we can investigate and resolve legitimate billing issues directly.
For refund requests or billing support, contact us and include the email address on the account, charge date, amount, and any relevant payment reference.
